  I managed a small Business for twelve years . I put in these years managing Bottomline Bookkeeping & Taxes. I also acted as an Internal Revenue Registered Tax Preparer. This position demanded me to achieve 18 CPE credits studying the ethics and the tax laws concerning Income tax each year for Individuals and Corporations. In addition to that 3 separate tests had to be passed before the IRS issued a Certificate of Completion so my name would appear on their roster of tax preparers. Accounting was the field of study I attended college to receive an Associates Degree in Business Administration with a major in accounting. This was necessary to get to the position that businesses needed to be at year end when their taxes were due. As a QuickBooks expert I had to use the company's bank statements and all their books of information to prepare the financial statement that accurately reported the income and expense of the entity.
