I worked closely with author, Kent Peterson, to develop a school culture professional development presentation for the principals. The professional development was a "virtual field trip" for the principals to visit various aspects of a fictional school to dissect and provide recommendations to improve the school culture. My work created for that professional development has been used at multiple conferences since then, shaping principals' and teachers' knowledge of school culture across the state.My daily tasks included but not limited to, data organization, data analysis, research on educational programs nationwide, conference planning, agenda writing, and secretarial duties.Through the internship I have had the opportunities to also work with Jerry Valentine and Steven Edwards.
