      When starting with Niello Porsche I was asked to take over the operation of their Porsche retail/service location and improve its relative performance as compared with the the other 207 U.S/Canada franchises. In the beginning we were ranked #165 (aprox) among the 207 dealers in North America. Within 18 months we were ranked #40 (aprox). I accomplished this by developing and E-Commerce infrastructure that included a website as well as a complete system for e-sales. In 2001 I was asked by the owner of the company to take on the role of E-Commerce director for all The Niello Company locations (7 at the time) as well as becoming the General Manager for our Porsche location. In 2005 I was asked to assume a new position as E-Commerce/E-media Director for the company overseeing and establishing all systems and procedures for The Niello Company's locations (9 franchises at present) and be a part of the Management team that helps to expand the company.
