      Doing research related to the development of food bar based on fermented rice bran. Fermented rice bran obtained from PT Seraya halal Indonesia which is a partner of matching fund kedaireka untirta 2023.In this study, organoleptic, chemical, physical, and microbiological characteristics were tested. The output of this study is to produce food bar based on fermented rice bran that are favored by consumers and have good nutritional value.
