  The primary purpose of the position is to serve as a technical expert and resource person who willworks closely with STAGES partners Technical Working Group(TWG), enhance the proficiency andthe quality of the School Support Program (SSP) and also he is responsible for ensuring that the ChildSafeguarding Policy is well implemented by all AKES, A staff. The SSP Master trainer will identifyprogram needs and accordingly develop packages and facilitate training courses for teacher trainers,librarians and community trainers. he is responsible for designing and preparing SSP students guidebooks and learning materials.• Work with the programs quality and effectiveness. Plan interventions which are relevant to the development and sustainability of the SSP model. Participate in programs development plans with AKES team. • Collecting and developing the teaching resources (teaching packages, teaching tools and guidance) The resource package includes (awareness for parent and community, teaching methods)• Enhance the capacity of the trainers in order to make them able to conduct effective and efficient training for targeted school teachers• Train all the employees on child safeguarding policy and establish an internal Child Protection Action Network (ICPAN)• Support the teacher trainers to develop effective training plans, assessment formats and plans for implementing the trainings. • Develop package and guides for teachers, parents and school principles to provide safe, friendly and attractive school environment.• Conduct short and long term content knowledge and pedagogy trainings for the participants (Teacher Trainers). It is an asset-based community development organization that is using the existing capital in the communities and mobilizing the human resources of the society through voluntary activities in the fields of promoting the culture of pluralism, increasing positive attitudes and protecting the environment.Projects:- “Creative Students festival” conducted among more than 35 private and public schools in Kabul - 2019. “Pluralism "celebrating diversity" and measures to prevent climate change” The first Creative Students Festival was organized by AECDO in collaboration with Irshad High School, the French Institute in Afghanistan and Kabul Pen.The goals of the first “Creative Students festival” were formed by the skills of solving challenges, developing creativity and critical thinking, creating collaborations between groups of students with a focus on the environment and pluralism.The festival included programs such as music, yoga, theater, motivational speech and drama, robotics and scientific creativity.- Training and support of Kabul Girls' Theater Group from 2019 to 2021 - Launching a youth movement called “Solidarity for Saving Life”, which had more than 250 members. These members have volunteered to carry out continuous activities in the field of public awareness on promoting public responsibility for the environment - Numerous youth empowerment programs, especially for girls, through short-term trainings in soft skills, 21st century skills, gender, leadership, child protection, appreciative inquiries and photography.
