  Joshua is a seasoned experience design consultant and a strong advocate of Design Thinking as a tool to bring about organizational transformation. Trained in architecture, he has over the years, developed a breadth of experience in applying design thinking and strategy to help businesses and organisations solve their business challenges and create more meaningful and successful customer experiences for greater impact.He deeply believes that design, when approached with empathy and applied creatively as a system, is a powerful tool to bring about sustainable change. He brings this unique vision and his experience across the various fields of design, culture, business and technology to the projects he undertakes. Over the last 10 years, he has successfully worked with various organisations like HDB, MOE, Singapore Airlines, the Singapore Stock Exchange and the Singapore Zoo, to deeply understand their needs and co-create experiences that are transformative and human-centred. Joshua is a natural ideator and connector. He intuitively understands the big picture and has a way of seeing how different parts of a solution can come together to create a bigger whole. He has great energy and is most passionate about working within a team setting, understanding the unique qualities of each person and how they can work together productively. He is also an exceptional communicator with more than 10 years of experience in design facilitation and has led many Design Thinking programmes in organisations and schools to build capacity for innovation and creativity.Joshua was previously Design Lead at OXD, the experience design arm of ONG&ONG and is one of the co-founders of ReallyArchitecture (re:ACT).
