  I am in charge of all stuffs with regard to purchasing abroad and dealing with suppliersand manufacturers to choose out best possible choice among them based on lowestpossible price, quality, standards, payment terms, delivery terms and our companypriorities.Depending on which goods we are dealing with, we need firstly to check that whichpayment term should we work on ( L/C or TT based payment , important task nowadays ,which includes negotiating with banks and etc …). After that, I request the sourcing teamto get the right suppliers from previous sources or new ones for a desired good , next ,evaluate the manufacturers based on what they offer and also our priority ( delivery timeand etc ) after that I should choose the best one out of all offers I received ,then based oncurrent running Iran Export-Import Laws and Regulations rules , we decide whether needsobliged standard or not , suggesting getting approval from qualified inspection companiesand finalize order registration AT TCCIM .Finally, there are all things to do with registering the goods we are about to import,making a Firm Order and purchase contract , getting approval from different ministries,choosing the best shipping method , and at the end clearing the goods via our team or athird party company .The main focus of company is in fields of Tools & Hardware such as Ball bearing slide ,cabinet hinge , drawer lock ,lock body , all kind of screws , bolt and nuts and IndustrialChemicals.
