  I lead cross-functional product teams through the agile environment in partnership and collaboration with team members, leadership, key stakeholders, and outside vendors to build innovative products at scale with continuous enhancements. These data solutions contain automation and some have AI capabilities with data mapping that provide custom analytic dashboards and reporting, while meeting our cybersecurity standards and UAT requirements.- Between 2020 - 2023, our product teams successfully launched 12 applications with continuous product enhancements on functionality, UI/UX, workflows, roadmaps, and timelines with robust and customized reporting capabilities and user dashboards. - Our team developed Novant Health’s first global product, the WorkSafe Pre-screening App for Covid-19. In 2020 it launched nationally and expanded to 2 other continents in Brazil and the UK, generating over 60,000 screenings with revenues jumping 42%.- In 2020, we launched a new MyGrow Communities SharePoint site for internal team members to have safe discussions on hot topics such as social justice, covid pandemic, diversity, inclusion and health equity. We gained over 3,000 members in the first quarter.- Between 2021 - 2022, we migrated 6 foundations from Raiser’s Edge to Salesforce NPSP, a donor relationship management application with better efficiencies and automation. - We integrated Classy with NPSP as a new online payment processor that enabled the ability to accept payments via Google, Microsoft, Apple and Venmo and with the capability of creating and managing live events and campaign fundraisers. - Between 2021-2023, we integrated 5 new applications within our Salesforce NPSP platform to build more streamlined automations and customization. - Reviewed resumes, interviewed candidates, trained and onboarded new team members.
