      Key achievements:• Upgraded project partnership with Sony from Tier 3 to Tier 2, lead project positioning updates with Mail.ru executive leads.Other results:• Prior to my involvement, quality control loop was partially broken, which was blocking the launch. I stepped in to set up quality acceptance playtests with top management. This allowed to fix the issues in a timely manner and launch the project.• Adapted project monetization scheme to PS4 technical demands. Approved the scheme with Sony.• Acting regional producer for three months: planned the art and video production for the launch.• Organized and led the version approval process for game build and monetization packages. Led the waivers reception process with Sony. • Coordinated infrastructure changes needed to integrate AW with canonical metrics monitoring systems at Mail.ru. • Transferred ownership of the project to PC producer for regular operations within three months of the launch.• Hired a manager for relations with XBOX, mentored him to launch Skyforge under an extremely tight deadline (four months). Show less Key achievements:• Structured the project to fulfill monetization goals without significant time investment (1 day per week).Other results:• Launched the project on Steam.• Transitioned monetization plans from a 3 months to a 6 months scheme with deep risk management. • Reduced cost in CM and localization while maintaining a stable quality level by sharing human resources with other projects.• Decreased the release schedule delay of international version from 6 months to 1 month, compared to the Russian release schedule. This allowed game updates to become real newsmakers. • Organized the first multiregional PVP tournament. Show less Key achievements:• Skyforge was the first project that Mail.ru worked on with Sony. I was the main point of contact for Sony at Mail.ru, built successful business relations with Sony US and Sony EU, which led to further collaboration.• Organized and executed the first launch on PS4 at Mail.ru. Financial results strongly exceeded management expectations.Other results:• Prepared project presentation for Sony (presented by local business developer in San Francisco). The project received Tier 2 partnership.• Responsible for running Skyforge against Sony launch preparation tools (TPR, FQA, NPMT, DevNet GEMS). A major part of this task consisted of building a working knowledge of the entire toolset available at Sony from scratch.• Adapted monetization scheme to PS4 technical demands. Approved the scheme with Sony.• Organized and led version approval process for the game build and monetization packages.
