I assisted clients with getting established in services through providing mental health assessments and preliminary diagnoses, establishing a treatment plan, and linking to appropriate ongoing treatment. I assist with crisis management as needed. I balanced my time working with foster children, home based, and outpatient clients of all sorts. Implementing a new curriculum for at risk youth integrating aspects of TOP and Be Proud Be ResponsibleWork with older youth foster children to develop skills for adulthood
