  Key achievement I made during working with Care International, I oversee the project implementation on GVB, Sexual Reproductive Health and Nutrition in collaborated with Ministry of Health for supporting marginalized urban women in 15 garment factories with 1,000 target beneficiaries access to health care, nutrition, and gender equality in Vientiane Capital. In additions, I provided small grant for 2 two local sub-grantees on awareness raising and outreach activity in the community. The key highlights that I made, I accomplished 6 modules offline application on sexual reproductive health and nutrition and created the first Care Internal Facebook page in Laos to promote Care work in Lao PDR.   The Social and Behavior Change Communication Specialist will provide leadership and technical support to all social and behavior change communication (SBCC) activities for the USAID-funded Laos Counter Trafficking in Persons project in achieving the Project Objectives. The SBCC Specialist will support achieving IR1 (1.1.1, 1.1.2, 1.1.5, 2.1.2 support 1.1.3 and link with 2.1.1) and other activities that include SBCC components, including those that may link across project objectives.. Ensuring the SBCC applies to all project implementation communication at national and community levels in particular in human trafficking prevention. In addition, the SBCC Specialist will work closely with the Project Coordinator Office and the communications Officer. Show less With 5-year experience until now with USAID Laos CTIP Project, Winrock International funded by U. S. Agency for International Development (USAID) I oversea and take lead on protection, assistance and ensure victim of trafficking fully accessed to protection services. In additions, I acting as Project Communication Supervisor support USAID Laos CTIP Protect Communication Unit with USAID Communication Specialist. During working with USAID Laos CTIP Project, I specialized on psychosocial support, gender inclusion, victim identification, assistance, protection, and reintegration of Victim of Trafficking by working closely with LWU, MOLSW, MoICT, and MOE. Here are some key highlights which I contributed and accomplished a) 150 Victim survivor trained on life skill and reintegrated; b) 1, 250 Front-Line Officer, Social Workers and Care Givers trained on Victim Identification, Psychology, safe migration, counter trafficking in persons, case management and protection; C) 3 publications on psychological manual, service provider mapping and minimum standard of care guideline; D) more than 10 media and communication material produced such as success stories, cartoon animation, poster, brochures; and E) 10 creative online and offline campaign and events organized on Labor’s Day, TIP’s Day and EVAW’s Day and Etc.
