Tasked with quickly setting up new premises and introducing standard operational procedures to allow service activities to be undertaken. Set up waste carriers licence and vehicle operator licence as designated Transport manager for the Scotland Traffic Area. Introduced basic HSEQ initiatives and set up an active, customer facing demonstration centre. Set out all stock requirements and infrastructure to support servicing activities, including basic servicing platform to ensure timely completion of contracted service obligations. Involved both directly and indirectly with growth of the Scotland portfolio of clients to meet key growth objectives, in what was effectively a start-up operation in Scotland.
