  Working at Brewheadz was my first foray into the industry of Brewing. I took part in all areas in the running of a brewery, including brewing, packaging, deliveries and events.

  Solely responsible for all aspects of the brewing process, from the intake of raw materials, to a beer's dispense into a glass, as well as record keeping, employing the HACCP plan appropriately. In addition to this, the role involved taking charge of running events, including beer tastings and brewing experiences, as well as others, such as brand activations and tapping parties. This position entailed learning about all aspects of the brewing process alongside a skilled brewing mentor. It also involved undertaking a Level 4 National Brewing Apprenticeship, which is still ongoing with exams coming soon.
