Supervised and trained eight calibration personnel, with additional responsibilities of Quality Assurance Supervisor. Two Army Achievement Medals, one Army Good Conduct Medal.

  Technical lead for group of calibration and repair technicians supporting a ship to air missile manufacturing facility. The facility maintained 87 test systems and several hundred pieces of general and specialized test equipment. I developed automated calibration software and wrote calibration and repair procedures.
