  Project Officer- Migration projects. The projects focused on the economic integration of sub-Saharan migrants and Moroccan returnees and on the reinforcement of civil society. Main tasks:• Coordination of in-project trainings (logistics, contacting participants and liaising with trainers, managing petty cash for travel reimbursements, preparing pre and post training level assessment tests, attendance sheets, ensuring visibility of the event etc.)• Drafting of quarterly and yearly narrative reports for funders• Support in writing concept notes, project proposals and log frames• Drafting of the monthly financial report• Internal monitoring of project activities and their compliance with action plan• In charge of project visibility on social mediaMain accomplishments: • Production of the awareness campaign combating discrimination on the Facebook page B7al B7al which was passed on to CEFA by IOM. The campaign is a personal accomplishment as it was not only well received on social media, but it was also complimented by the representatives of UNICRI at the mid-term review meeting held in Tunis on the 24/04/2018 (Project “Jeunes Unis Contre le Radicalisme”).• FOCSIV “Young European Volunteer” 2018 prize. The prize is awarded every year by Focsiv to those that distinguished themselves for their engagement in International Development. I won the prize for the work conducted in Morocco on the topics of asylum and migration. This entailed being invited to intervene in conferences, tv programs and radios. A troupe of journalists from different Italian newspapers and TVs came to Morocco to conduct a documentary on my work with CEFA. Show less
