      Jan 2023 - now
      Backend Engineer

I am involved in the development of product loyalty and rewards systems, focusing on building B2B/SaaS microservice APIs in the following key areas:- Earning:Build and manage the earning services that used by partners. Processing 140,000+ transactions daily while running on minimal resources (memory 500 MiB).Tech Stack: Golang, Kafka, Cloud Task (GCP), Redis, PostgresSQL, Docker- Reconciliation (Recon)Developed scheduled services that pull data from BigQuery, generate reconciliation files, store them in GCS, and transmit the files to partners via SFTP.Tech Stack: Golang, BigQuery, GCS, SFTP, Docker- TieringBuild and manage a dynamic tiering system to calculate customer levels per partner. Tier configurations are managed via a back-office UI, and level calculation is triggered automatically on each transaction.Tech Stack: Golang, PostgresSQL, Kafka, Docker- Improvement, and Refactoring:* Developed a centralized configuration module used across multiple services in the same environment. Replaced a legacy library that required restarting services when configuration changed. The key improvement: services no longer require a restart when configuration changes, reducing downtime and preventing disruption during live transaction processing.* Refactored IAM services into a new, modular code architecture to improve maintainability and scalability. The previous codebase made it difficult to add new features or debug APIs efficiently.I have extensive experience handling API integrations between external and internal partners, and I support all phases, including SIT, UAT, and post-deployment production.
