  SENIOR ENGINEER (MAINTENANCE, HSEQ & PROJECTS)

  Incharge Maintenance, HSEQ and Projects at 66000 Metric Ton Capacity White Oil Machike Terminal.Responsibilities Include:1) Maintenance of all Static and Rotary Equipments such as POL Vertical & Horizontal Tanks, RADAR Gauging System, Loading Arms, Reciprocating Compressors, CP System, Gantry Structure, PSVs, Pressure Vacuum Vents, 30 no Centrifugal Pumps, 03 no 500kVA backup Generators and Fire Fighting System including Fire Pumps, Sprinkler Systems, Fire Knock Off Unit, ED Pumps, Jockey Pumps and Foam Proportionating Unit etc2) Preparation of Purchase Requisitions using SAP as Company prescribed formats for all the revenue related works required and timely processing of the M&R bills after thorough inspection & verification of the job done. 3) Conducting Fire Drills, maintaining/training ERP Team and participating in MAERP drills as member of the working committee of MAERP for OMCs at Machike is also a part of the responsibilities.4) Ensure compliance of HSE requirements i.e. Permit to Work System, Energy Isolation Techniques, Contractor Safety Management System (CSMS), Job Based Hazard Analysis (JHAs) etc for safe execution of all maintenance works whether by company staff or contractual labor. Conducting Hazard Identification & Risk Analysis thus maintaining the Risk Register for the Terminal. 5) Carrying out Incident Reporting & Investigation is also one of the core responsibilites6) Preparation of PCCE and BOQ as per project designs, drawings, layouts and requirements of the project assigned.7) Supervision of the projects execution and processing of the final MBs and Bills as per the quality and quantity of the Work Done.8) Study layout plans, designs, drawings and estimates for approved modifications to facilities andrecommend incorporation of changes based on local conditions9) Develop data on capital and revenue budgets for development of new facilities and for maintenance of existing ones at the terminal Show less
