Dedeman Bostancı has the capacity to host large-scale organizations and stands out as the ideal address in the city in this respect.• Responsible for the Lobby Lounge & Bar, Bostanci Restaurant with a capacity to host 100 people, Adalar Roof Restaurant & Bar, Executive Lounge and all meeting rooms in Banquet Department at the facilities.• Organizing special events, including receptions, promotions, corporate luncheons, weddings, dinners, parties.• Overseeing F&B operations with a running staff of 30-50 employees at the facilities.• Ensuring consistency in every aspect of service.• Overseeing front of house personnel to maintain adequate staffing and minimize overtime.• Conducting timely performance evaluations for all front of house staff.• Carefully training and supervising staff.• Interacting positively with customers while promoting hotel facilities and services.• Recognizing and formally acknowledgeing outstanding staff performance to boost company morale and productivity.• Maintaining a safe working and guest environment to reduce the risk of injury and accidents.• Effectively managing payroll and timekeeping, including completion of the proper paperwork for new hires and terminations.
