  Mr. Dunn, has over 40 years experience in the design and construction industry and has been involved in all aspects of industrial, commercial and institutional development and construction, including over twenty-two years of experience with civil engineering and construction activities of the U.S. Corps of Engineers covering all aspects of construction operations. Mr. Dunn's experience includes extensive executive level responsibility for program development and execution, financial and personnel management, and resolution of multi-discipline technical and contract dispute issues. His broad background includes civil engineering, project management, coordination of multi-project field activities, operations, quality and personnel control. He has proven success in directing and coordinating planning, engineering design, and construction at both the program and project levels, as well as, his ability to assure the quality of projects and the achievement of clients' goals.
