  Focus is on fleet-level, cloud-based traffic management, on-robot autonomous behaviors and messaging, and field deployment of autonomous mobile manipulation systems in production. Experience and responsibilities included full lifecycle ownership of various states and substates in the robot’s mission execution software architecture. This includes high level autonomous functions, route planning, and robot motion. Created and maintained features for both an on-prem and a cloud-based version of a fleet-level traffic management system, which ensures robots don’t collide or deadlock in a warehouse environment. Designed and implemented a security library (JWT) for exposed web endpoints in the traffic management software. Designed and implemented Google Pub/Sub for the cloud-based traffic management software. Worked extensively with MQTT and AMQP for both cloud and on-prem systems using RabbitMQ. Designed and implemented scalable robot logging software. Travelled to Europe to support and test robots in the field for an extended period of time. Show less
