  As an IT Service Manager within Logistics at Volvo Cars I have the responsibility to secure processes, release plans, contact and contracts with vendor and third party supplier where we work with SaaS solutions to handle our material and delivery flow. In my role as Domain Application Manager for the areas Body and Paint, I coordinated and guided a team of Application Managers in their daily work with support, maintenance and projects in Torslanda plant. We worked in a global environment together with Gent and China. I combined my role as Domain Application Manager with a Business Analyst role in various projects. I was part of replacing the quality system in the Paint shop, coordinated all Application Managers involved in a project to improve jobs per hour. I was part of implementing this in the body shop in Torslanda where I did specifications and tests of the required PLC-programming to steer the bodys online.
