  During my one-year internship at 99x as a Trainee UX Engineer, I'm excited to share the incredible journey and the diverse projects I've had the privilege to contribute to. Over the past year, I have honed my skills across six projects, each offering unique challenges and learning experiences:DevGradeDevGrade is a revolutionary recruitment assessment platform. My work on this project allowed me to improve my revamping skills, enhance key user journeys, and deepen my ability to empathize with users. Conducting a usability test provided valuable insights into testing and refining design solutions.Mental Health ApplicationThis project focused on developing a mental health application for corporate professionals. It enabled me to refine my UI design skills and adhere to essential design philosophies.FlowyzerFlowyzer is a developer-friendly environment that provides insights into the software product engineering process. Through this project, I enhanced both my UI and UX skills, working from solution blueprinting to paper wireframing, then to low-fidelity wireframing, and finally to high-fidelity wireframing. Utilizing the shadcn design system, I elevated Flowyzer’s UIs and participated in the entire design process.Product CentralProduct Central is an innovative Internal Developer Platform. My contribution involved designing user interfaces for key user journeys.Career and HR PlatformThis innovative platform transforms the hiring process by allowing candidates to showcase a comprehensive impression of themselves while giving companies unique insights into each candidate. Working with a design team of four led by Rasika Mahindasiri, I contributed by designing high-fidelity wireframes and prototyping in Figma. Additionally, I had the opportunity to pitch the designs to the client, which significantly improved my design pitching skills. Show less
