  I worked on the development of an AI expert system in C/C++ running on VMS, Unix and Windows NT.

  Principal Consultant

  I architected application delivery solutions based around Citrix, Microsoft Windows and Unix for blue chip and government accounts. Vistorm was acquired by EDS, which is now HP.

  Director and CTO

  I joined AppSense at startup, which was spun out of Vistorm. As CTO, I was responsible for building the R&D team and leading product strategy. AppSense was acquired by LANDESK, which is now Ivanti.

  We started Avecto to address a major weakness in endpoint security regarding poor control of privileged access. I designed and developed an endpoint privilege management product and led product strategy.Avecto was acquired by Bomgar, which is now BeyondTrust.
