  Responsible for various HPDC die castings from specifications, design, procuring die cast dies, developing dies, and casting quality. Programs launched: Getrag, 62TE, 845RE and 850RE transmission castings (including case, bell, intermediate plate, upper and lower valve bodies). Performed MagmaSoft HPDC flow simulations to optimize filling, solidification, air entrapment, stress, die thermal balance. I have been running MagmaSoft simulations for more than 22 years and have completed more than 2000 simulations. Also, I have some experience with Flow 3D.-HPDC Simulation Guidelines for Stellantis Global Supplier Quality, March 2022-Presented "Die Casting Design Fundamentals" at FCA headquarters, 2016 Casting Exposition. -Traveled internationally to troubleshoot issues and assist FCA die casting suppliers.-Reviewed flow simulations of external casting suppliers for corporate Product and Quality groups.
