  CAREPI 'Contributing to Poverty Alleviation through Regional Energy Planning in Indonesia' project. This project ran from January 2007 to October 2009 and was funded by the European Commission and by SenterNovem, a Dutch governmental agency.The CAREPI project aimed to assist regional policy makers and energy planners in several provinces of Indonesia in formulating and implementing a regional energy outlook and a regional pro-poor energy strategy. The target regions were North Sumatra, Yogyakarta, Central Java and West Nusa Tenggara.Responsibilities in this project are:- Develop Regional Energy Situation of Yogyakarta (deliverable D9)- Regional Energy Outlook for Yogyakarta, Completion of LEAP model database, Scenario development and Reports (deliverable D14) Show less

  Penyusunan dokumen RUED D.I. Yogyakarta untuk tahun dasar 2007 dan tahun akhir proyeksi 2025. Di dalam dokumen ini, terdapat 3 buah skenario energi yang dikembangkan, yaitu skenario business as usual, skenario efisiensi energi, dan skenario diversifikasi energi.Kegiatan dalam penyusunan RUED ini adalah:- pembuatan profil energi daerah- perancangan skenario energi daerah- perhitungan prakiraan permintaan dan penyediaan energi daerah

  Capacity development and strengthening for energy policy formulation and implementation in Indonesia

  CASINDO 'Capacity development and strengthening for energy policy formulation and implementation of sustainable projects in Indonesia'. This project ran from June 2009 to June 2012 and was funded by The Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs through its embassy in Jakarta and was supervised by AgencyNL.The CASINDO project was a continuation and enlargement of the CAREPI project and aimed to assist regional policy makers and energy planners in 5 provinces of Indonesia in formulating and implementing a regional energy outlook and a regional pro-poor energy strategy. Also educational programs on renewable energy at local universities and vocational technical schools were set up. The target regions were North Sumatra, Yogyakarta, Central Java, Papua and West Nusa Tenggara.   Consultancy on Capacity Building to Establish an Integrated Regional Energy Master Plan

  The Project of Consultancy on Capacity Building to Establish an Integrated Regional Energy Master Plan (Rencana Umum Energi Daerah, RUED) for the Province of Central Kalimantan in Indonesia is in the scheme of Energy and Environment Partnership between the Government of Finland and the ministry of energy and mineral resources of Indonesia. This Project has two general objectives, which are:Enhance capacities of district (kabupaten) and provincial level policy makers and government institutions of integrated energy planning and development of supportive policies to guide a sustainable, affordable and reliable supply of energy in the target area; andIncrease stakeholder awareness of potential for renewable energy production and consumption in general, and in relation to bioenergy in particular, in the Province of Central Kalimantan.Meanwhile, the specific Objectives of the project are:To assess the local (provincial and district level) governments’ capacities for development offavorable policies and practices and supportive services for integrated energy planningincluding renewable energy production in the target province;To develop an Integrated Energy Master Plan for the Province of Central Kalimantan;To improve inclusion of renewable energy, especially bioenergy, in the provincial energy mix aspart of regional energy planning process.
