      - Manage 10 data analysts, responsible for sourcing, cleansing, governing, and entering core data into REI's ERP system (SAP). Hiring & HR activities, daily mentoring & developing, handling escalations, developing team norms, SLAs, & performance metrics.- Assumed management of a team that was cut by 40% during workforce reductions, stabilized the team, enacted a standardization effort resulting in over 620hrs of annual time savings & improved current process documentation in a way that streamlined onboarding of employees. - Built REI's first internal flexible resource sharing program, where resources were shared between divisions in a mutually beneficial way, ramping resources up & down depending on business cycles.- S/4HANA Migration: was an active Master Data SME in multiple stages of the enterprise initiative to upgrade SAP ECC to S/4HANA.- Built Smartsheet project portfolio & huddle dashboards to help the team prioritize, manage, & track non-standard work, standard work, alongside issues & enhancements in a planned & efficient manner.- Built a cross divisional data governance group & review process, working together to define item/article data standards outlined in a foundational document.
