      * Functioned as client service and operations manager in a Business Center for incubating start-ups. I managed a suite of several offices, each office being rented by a different Client company. Provided both back office and front office support to these on-site Clients as well as our many "virtual"​ clients who work at home or on-the-go and require a full-time business presence. * Primary function was to serve as my Clients'​ "right hand,"​ with the goal of helping minimize time and financial loss/expense so they can focus on their core business'​ development. I did this through a host of daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly activities: file and project management, overseeing billing & invoicing (including troubleshooting issues), directing new Client on-site onboarding (e.g. installing IT infrastructure), mail forwarding, call answering, arranging and hosting meetings and videoconferences, and coordinating catering. I was also responsible for handling accounts payable and accounts receivable (including client account management and collections processes). Also primary to this role was providing comprehensive analysis and application of monthly and quarterly P&L statements to maximize revenue and minimize expense for the business center as a financially interdependent entity to Regus corporate.* Secondary function was to provide dynamic sales and marketing support for Regus, which includes: web-based advertising and promotion of products, upgrading existing clients'​ service levels, handling enquiries by prospects and brokers, cold calling, conducting tours of my center to those interested in either physical office space or "virtual" business solutions. and coordinating networking and Client appreciation events.
