  I am a technical field engineer for HPCDS based at Lloyds markets London.My responsibilities are as follows:-Break/fix and firmware maintenance within the London Data centres. -Managing site and customer stock for all Wintel platforms (Blade and rack mount servers). -Testing and reconfiguring decommissioned systems for redeployment. -Scheduling, raising access and supervising 3rd party engineers at home counties data centres. -Prebuild ilo and raid configuration for all Linux HP servers.-Provision of drivers and firmware for customer server builds Show less Junior engineer at British Airways- I primarily dealt with Installs, moves and changes whilst based at BA on a range of kit (ProLiant, Sun and IBM) ensuring a high standard of service was delivered to the customer. - Whilst maintaining a high standard of service completing installs, I often had the opportunity to deal with reactive work. Dealing with break fix issues.- I also helped keep our stores up to date, we had a small team at BA who ensured we had the correct parts in stock ready for use.
