People Management Responsibilities:- Defines goals and key performance indicators for each member of the team and ensures effective application of the stc performance management process.- Directs planning and selection of manpower in the CWO Implementation W, N, S Section, in line with the business and operational plans.- Ensures a high level of employee engagement, communication, and capability development by providing ongoing feedback and coaching team members within the CWO Implementation W, N, S Section.Functional responsibilities:- Providing stc’s internal and international customers a satisfied CWO connection.- Connecting FTTH network to stc’s core network by implementing FTTH Patch cord.- Performs expansion (Card Insertion) of NGN access network, DWDM, and IMPLs.- Install new SDH Node/ additional SDH NE’s in SDH equipment and relocate SDH NE’s between SDH equipment.- Supports work groups in performing the rehoming activities and performing surveys of SDH facilities.- Supports end customer to resolve any issues in the end connection.- Handing over CWOs with the customer, Operations, and monitoring the progress of requested facilities from start to end activation stage.
