  I began working with the Law Firm of Kahn & Freeman as Receptionist, moved up to File Clerk, and was eventually promoted to Legal Aide where I would follow-up on debt collection cases then prepare and file any necessary court documents when needed. Working with Kahn & Freeman made me decide to attend Phoenix and Glendale Community Colleges to obtain a Paralegal Certification.   I worked with Willmeng Construction as an Administrative Assistant to company owner and Office Manager. I would manage incoming calls, order and process blueprint drawings for the Project Managers, and assist with all clerical jobs the office needed. I eventually left Willmeng Construction to seek a higher level professional position with another company that was closer to my residence.

  I began working with Salesco as an Executive Administrative Aide to the company President, but later transferred to their Sales Department where I would process and track service bids with potential clients for the companies state of the art "retort" technology that used advanced mechanical and thermal process to capture the highest levels of mercury available for recycling. I left Salesco Systems when I was offered a position with Honeywell that I had been pursuing for several years.

  When I an Engineer Aide with Honeywell, I would assist the Engineers in the Business Commuter Aircraft Division. I would make the changes needed in their software and systems schematics, as well as locate and order parts needed for testing hardware build projects. I left Honeywell to take on the most important position I have ever had, which was taking care of my family and raising my children.

  School Fundraiser Associate

  When my children grew and started attending school during the day, I began working with Entertainment Productions. I would prepare and present school fundraisers at their scheduled assemblies, assist with preparing fundraiser packages, as well as assist with the orders and distribution of product. I left Entertainment Productions in order to accept a full-time office position when my mother retired and became an after-school caregiver to my children.

  I was excited to be brought on board with RLA Brokers (formerly Renee Leach & Associates) when they were just starting out as a foreclosure broker specialist. I assisted in organization of the company which included developing new policies, procedures, and property management software to allow the business to flourish. I became a licensed Real Estate Agent in the states of Arizona and Washington and specialized in negotiating bank foreclosure management and sales. Starting June of 2012, I managed the Phoenix branch location until RLA was acquired by BridgeLight Capital, becoming BridgeLight Real Estate. Show less

  In 2014, my then employer of 5 years, RLA Brokers (formerly Renee Leach & Associates), merged with BridgeLight Capital to become BridgeLight Capital and Real Estate. I was honored and excited to be able to make the transition into this new venture. Soon after this merger, BridgeLight further expanded its venture to include an Insurance Brokerage. I was part of an ever-growing company where I managed systems for Real Estate, Financial Investments, and Insurance which included performing the duties of Office Manager, IT Support, Infrastructure Management, and Customer Care. Unfortunately, after spending the several years upgrading the infrastructure of the company, my position with the company was changed to a part-time contractor basis which I was unable to commit to. CAPITAL: With BridgeLight Capital, I developed and managed two different Customer Relationship Management System's as well as restructured and managed the company's remote server and phone system, which included providing IT support and management of all equipment. I also assisted in managing a portion of the Compliance Department in conjunction with the Managing Director. REAL ESTATE: With BridgeLight Real Estate, I was an Arizona Licensed Real Estate Associate Broker and former Washington Licensed Real Estate Agent. I still hold an Associate Broker license but am not currently active with any brokerage. While employed as a Real Estate Associate, I spent several years as a Transaction Coordinator, which at the height of the housing foreclosure crisis had me processing multiple offers on hundreds of properties a year. Upon the housing market recovery, I managed the brokerage Compliance Department and performed duties of an Office Administrator and IT Support/Systems Manager. INSURANCE: With BridgeLight Insurance, I developed and organized a process of maintaining all insurance carriers and business systems including IT support. Show less

  Board Member and Head of the Volunteer Committee

  I am proud to be volunteering with Sky Kids, Inc. of Arizona as the Chairwoman of their Parent Advisory Committee as well as a Board Member, and for now also the Volunteer Coordinator. As the current Volunteer Coordinator, I prepare for each Sky Kids event by organizing and assigning roles to the 100+ volunteers that graciously sign up for the event as well as providing them the information they will need. As a Board Member, I assist with planning and organization of every event, including setup and take down and the ever important 'Pre and Post Event Team Meetings'. As the the Chairwoman of the Parent Advisory Committee, I get the pleasure of spend the event day talking with the kids and their families to make sure they are having a wonderful time and that all their needs are met in order to do so.Sky Kids is an amazing tax exempt and IRS 501c(3) charity organization that offers children with special needs an opportunity to fly in a general aviation aircraft, with an expert pilot, along with a parent or friend to experience the wonders and enjoyment of flight. Sky Kids provides this experience through the dedication, compassion and kindness of many volunteers, donors, sponsors and supporters who enjoy the rewards of a warm heart ...and seeing the children smile from ear to ear.In fact, if you are a pilot in the Phoenix metropolitan area, with access to a small plane, or can help with assisting the children on the ground, Sky Kids can use your help! They fly events twice a year, one in April at the Goodyear airport and the other in November at the Scottsdale airport.
