I left Salesco Systems when I was offered a position with Honeywell that I had been pursuing for several years.

I left Honeywell to take on the most important position I have ever had, which was taking care of my family and raising my children.

I became a licensed Real Estate Agent in the states of Arizona and Washington and specialized in negotiating bank foreclosure management and sales.       In 2014, my then employer of 5 years, RLA Brokers (formerly Renee Leach & Associates), merged with BridgeLight Capital to become BridgeLight Capital and Real Estate. I was honored and excited to be able to make the transition into this new venture. Soon after this merger, BridgeLight further expanded its venture to include an Insurance Brokerage. I was part of an ever-growing company where I managed systems for Real Estate, Financial Investments, and Insurance which included performing the duties of Office Manager, IT Support, Infrastructure Management, and Customer Care. Unfortunately, after spending the several years upgrading the infrastructure of the company, my position with the company was changed to a part-time contractor basis which I was unable to commit to. CAPITAL: With BridgeLight Capital, I developed and managed two different Customer Relationship Management System's as well as restructured and managed the company's remote server and phone system, which included providing IT support and management of all equipment. I also assisted in managing a portion of the Compliance Department in conjunction with the Managing Director. REAL ESTATE: With BridgeLight Real Estate, I was an Arizona Licensed Real Estate Associate Broker and former Washington Licensed Real Estate Agent. I still hold an Associate Broker license but am not currently active with any brokerage. While employed as a Real Estate Associate, I spent several years as a Transaction Coordinator, which at the height of the housing foreclosure crisis had me processing multiple offers on hundreds of properties a year. Upon the housing market recovery, I managed the brokerage Compliance Department and performed duties of an Office Administrator and IT Support/Systems Manager.       I am proud to be volunteering with Sky Kids, Inc. of Arizona as the Chairwoman of their Parent Advisory Committee as well as a Board Member, and for now also the Volunteer Coordinator. As the current Volunteer Coordinator, I prepare for each Sky Kids event by organizing and assigning roles to the 100+ volunteers that graciously sign up for the event as well as providing them the information they will need. As a Board Member, I assist with planning and organization of every event, including setup and take down and the ever important 'Pre and Post Event Team Meetings'. As the the Chairwoman of the Parent Advisory Committee, I get the pleasure of spend the event day talking with the kids and their families to make sure they are having a wonderful time and that all their needs are met in order to do so.Sky Kids is an amazing tax exempt and IRS 501c(3) charity organization that offers children with special needs an opportunity to fly in a general aviation aircraft, with an expert pilot, along with a parent or friend to experience the wonders and enjoyment of flight. Sky Kids provides this experience through the dedication, compassion and kindness of many volunteers, donors, sponsors and supporters who enjoy the rewards of a warm heart ...and seeing the children smile from ear to ear.In fact, if you are a pilot in the Phoenix metropolitan area, with access to a small plane, or can help with assisting the children on the ground, Sky Kids can use your help! They fly events twice a year, one in April at the Goodyear airport and the other in November at the Scottsdale airport. And of course we can ALWAYS use more sponsors!Join us in giving these kids an amazing day to always remember! Show less
