  I devised an organizational structure then recruited, inducted, and oversaw the build of the security team. Regularly appraising, training, and mentoring staff, I optimize productivity, maximize operational efficiency, and achieve corporate objectives. Collaborating with senior leadership on security-related initiatives and the procurement of new physical security solutions, comprising alarm, card key access, video surveillance and security services, plus IT and data security systems, I ensure team compliance with security guidelines, federal regulations, and contract deliverables. Overseeing access control and closed-circuit television systems (CCTV) surveillance of the estate's perimeter, exterior doors, data centers, executive workspace, and other spaces, I addressed and resolved triggered alarms and malfunctions. Collaborating cross-functionally on incident investigations, I trained and mentored six security team members and coordinated the installation of motion detection, video surveillance and CCTV systems across 41,850 sq ft estate. I achieved certified Aggressive Behavior Instructor status, completing a course that taught proven strategies for recognizing and safely diffusing violent, hostile, or mental health-related events confidently, efficiently, and comprehensively.
