Show less As the inaugural Project Manager at Centangle, I was responsible for defining and implementing the role's core functions. One of my primary duties was developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) to establish a Project Management Framework. This involved executing, monitoring, and evaluating project plans, as well as identifying effective communication channels among key stakeholders.Additionally, I was tasked with assigning resources and defining tasks while also estimating time and cost requirements.
