      Reporting to Strategic Project Management office supervising and coordinating different Credit Card Value Streams teams in a $40M Integration Program between Scotiabank and a Caribbean Bank. Project objective was to perform a customer migration and data migration which resulted in an increase of 200% in the Scotiabank customer base in Dominican Republic.As a Senior Project Manager within the IT PMO was coordinating different teams in the second phase of this program to migrate the Credit Card portfolio of 9 Caribbean countries into a new Credit card provider. Defined the program processes, procedures, reporting, etc. within the program Ensured deliverables are aligned across the projects within the program Responsible for the daily management & leadership throughout the lifecycle for the program Provided strategic approach in order to address Program interdependencies among values streams (teams) projects Monitoring development, testing and post-implementation activities in a rapidly growing and agile environment Escalated issues / risks to appropriate stakeholders as they identified Developed and maintained Sponsor relationship, including communication project progress and negotiation support Coordinated and participate during the launch of the $30 M integration project between Banco del Progreso (BDP) and Scotiabank including customer migration, data migration and integration with a new credit card provider increasing customer base from 7K to 21K. Provided 3rd level support during Testing and Production implementation for both program phases creating a framework for reporting issues using Jira as platform.
