      Filling a critical billet as the sole Fleet Information Technician Advisor, lead fleet Unmanned Air Vehicle cyber & communication initiatives for 15 Officers and Chiefs, directly impacting the MQ-25 Fleet Integration Team mission. Directed 297 mission-critical workgroups and oversaw C4I communications reviews for 185 DoD and civilian industry partners, contributing to the timely progression of the MQ-25 Unmanned Aviation Warfare Center installs to four ships and three squadron hangars. Dedicated 180 hours leading three C4I experts in creating the Navy's First Information Systems Technician (IT) MQ-25A Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) Personnel Qualification Standard (PQS).During Unmanned Carrier Aviation Demonstration 2021 onboard USS GEORGE H.W. BUSH, supported 52 Boeing, Lockheed Martin, and PMA-268 civilians in accomplishing 40 test points, laying the groundwork for future carrier-based UAS operations. Additionally, supervised the safe offload of 120,000 lbs. of ASE and GCS equipment and a T1 Unmanned Air Vehicle worth over $450 million with zero mishaps. Total efforts optimized the MD-5 Unmanned Carrier Aviation Mission Control System (UMCS) development, which directly impacted the Navy's first unmanned refueling mission by Boeing's T1 STINGRAY test article.
