MDU and MDU FF new SOP and SMP development and training to field maintenance engineers. Ensure that all records/logs/certificates are maintained and updated for Internal or third party audit. Carry out Root Cause Analysis of failures and execute appropriate recommendations. Imparting training to junior staff/vendors for RO asset and MDU safety and best practices as well as day to day maintenance to minimize breakdown. Regular performance review meetings with OEM/other services vendors for quality of work, MTTR, SLA, payment, service certification and minimize the equipment breakdown. Show less
