This event lasted three days, so I also did the travel arrangements. · Sorting and listing of finalists and winners, managing their material for the audio-visual company for the gala event and for the website, creating virtual folders and links for Google Drive. · Hosting the media workers and photographer at the gala event held at Vodacom World: arranging and co-ordinating interviews on request and in the moment as winners were announced. I utilised several digital educational tools to create an engaging experience for the learners. My pro-active attitude and good interpersonal skills created an open environment for both my learners and their guardians. I strived for self-transformation amidst the complexity of teaching demands, and aimed to consider the broader context and conditions to collaborate optimally - ultimately serving the individual, as well as the group, better.
