  Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) Assistant

  I conducted monitoring and evaluation surveys, and focus group discussions with Oxfam beneficiaries within the host communities in Jordan; this included the collection of data in line with the indicators and requirements of the program using a variety of tools. I then performed an analysis of quantitative and qualitative data and contributed to writing reports presenting the results of our surveys.

  I designed protection monitoring surveys, service mapping tools, and safety audits tools then analyzed the collected data and information to be included in monthly reports. I remotely managed a team of 10 protection monitors in southern Syria and facilitate regular capacity-building activities and training for my team.

  I developed Arabic language curriculum, sessions, and resources for grades 1 to 6 to prepare children in Syria who have been out of school to develop the knowledge, skills, and attitudes required to successfully reintegrate into the formal school setting. The sessions were part of NRC’s Child Emergency Pack and were used in NRC Community Learning Centers/Spaces in Syria.
