  In this position I got to deal with management tasks for the first real time. A lot of things passed by in enormous quantity's because of the number of colleagues. For me this was a great oppertunity to deal with this management tasks and I practiced all learned theories about, for example, leadership.

  I work on several projects, as both a student and employee at the Hogeschool Rotterdam. I represented students in debates with board meetings and worked as peer coach in first year projects. Were I cloud inspirate and motivate other students to get them to their goal. For several years I represented students of the Hogeschool Rotterdam as chairmen. In this position I get to deal with negotiation and convincing other people to get to my (and other students) goal.

  After founding the study association I received the honour to become the first President of the study association Triple Media. Activities, sponsors and our place at the Hogeschool Rotterdam must be discovered for the first time. The three media training of the Hogeschool Rotterdam knew up to 2007 no study association. The need from students to get to know each other and to meet businesses remained thereby unanswered. I feeled honoured to make that happen. And with the help of a lot of students, teachers and employees within some months a real study association has been set up. The notary on 9 April made it entirely complete. On the 10th of April we celebrated the official association.

  What started as a creative mind in de editorial staff became the new designer in the team. It isn't easy to design and fill the magazine for the volleybal association Kratos'08 (near 400 members). A great oppertunity to try out new stuff, and practice all my learned things.. Since May 2008 vv Skania en vv Ariston have merged officially. Within the governing board I coordinate three commissions: The Internet site, the club booklet and the sponsor commission. Moreover I give interpretation to the PR of Kratos '08. The newest and biggest volleyballclub of Delft. For the new sport accomodation at Delft Zuid I've designed all the icons and banners. And I designed both the style of Kratos '08 and B&EST.

  The National Youth Council wants to promote youth participation in any way that youngsters themselves consider as important. It is an organization for and by young people. One of their projects in wich I'm involved is organized in different Youth Detentions and / or closed institutions. In these detentions and institutes different debates are organized to allow these young people to speak and to participate in their own environment.
