      The ASAP Project was a major USAID project with bases in Herat, Mazar andKabul, totaling 36 expats and 120 local national staff.• Worked closely with Ministry of Agriculture (MAIL) Security Team to secure the Ministry.• Led all Security liaisons for 8 Agricultural Fairs nationwide in Kabul (4), Mazar (2), Kunduz and Herat. Co-produced Agfair Security Plan with Agfair team, presented outline plan to regional heads of NDS, ANP, ANA, ISAF representatives. Personally established Agfair Security Liaison Committee from reps of above agencies. Co-chaired Liaison Committee meetings, progressing to fully chairing last 4 Agfair Security committees.
