I manage the sales team working with online and offline advertising, managing relationship with publishers and advertisers in B2B and B2C channels and developing new channels in airports, OoH, airlines, travel agencies and corporations. I have global responsibility for media sales in B2B and B2C channels for all travel providers distributed in Amadeus, including airlines, cars, cruises, hotels, travel agencies and insurance. I manage a team of 7 sales managers with an annual budget of 7Mio Euros. I am also responsible of expanding the business in terms of channels, business model and new revenue streams I have built a strong customer base since I joined the team. Increasing the portfolio yearly revenues from 10Mio€ to 28Mio€ and improving Customer Satisfaction by 2.3 points. I have secured 3 new 10-year contracts for the entire IT platform bringing 25Mio€ new revenues to Amadeus and increasing the market share in Scandinavia. I have developed and implemented an internal communication plan following the management request, including training. In order to complete this plan, I have organized many internal events for the airline account managers; always having a close look into the budget and managing it responsibly. I was appointed the Quality Coordinator of the group to put together sales processes and ensured ISO compliance
