I also work on the Aerial apparatus committee where I was instrumental in helping to do the specifications on three of the six aerial trucks Cary has purchased.

  I am working for the Durham County Fire Marshal's office based out of Bethesda Fire on the south side of Durham City / County. I work on the Ladder 81/ Engine 82 where we are first due to the Research Triangle Park. Second due to the Durham City station 3, station 8, and first due to Durham City station 13. I also assist with teaching technical rescue RIT / Mayday, Vehicle Rescue, and Hybrid Vehicle classes for the county.

  I am now getting more involved on the CPR / AED side of the business by helping to motivate people into investing in AED's through Cardiac Science. Jason Hilemn, Larry Kohn, and I have teamed up to bring to the table the state of the art in science by using a Cardiac Science AED in conjunction with CPR. We feel that Cardiac Science AED's uses more joules to help shock a patient's rhythm which can make the difference when saving a life. The Town of Cary uses this product in all town owned facilities. That's says a lot about the Town of Cary that they are committed to saving a lives in their communities. Show less
