      As a student of the Cincinnati Milacron PDC I served a four year apprenticeship working in almost every department of our 15,000+ employee machine tool business. From 1975 to 1980 Milacron spent $75 million dollars on R&D with the help of tax breaks and they were number one in their business. The apprentices went to night school full time during the duration of the apprenticeship.
