  I researched on tube bending, especially mandrel tube bending. I also undertook an investigation into how to prevent or lessen the common defects in tube bending. In addition, I got familiar with using some programming languages such as Fortran and C++. Moreover, I learned how to use some software such as CATIA, SolidWorks, and AutoCAD in order to design mechanical components.

  This field of study is an interdisciplinary major trying to apply some advanced concepts of Mathematics and Computer Science in the real-world applications. Students are taught some mathematical concepts along with some basic simulation techniques.   It took four semesters for me to fulfill the requirements of my master's program, and I finally earned my master's degree. I did my thesis on "Investigation into Static and Dynamic Behavior of Nanoswitches". I researched on the micro and nanostructures, and the response of such structures to the static and dynamic loadings were investigated.
