  • To estimate number of patients seeking HIV related services at sampled health facility/provider levels, pharmacies and laboratories in the private for profit commercial sector. • To establish HIV related drug regimens and laboratory supplies accessed by HIV infected patients across private sector supply chain systems. • To compare HIV related services offered by private providers’ models of care, laboratory services and drugs with defined (care and treatment guidelines) standard package of care for PLHIV. • To estimate the cost of providing HIV related services, including care and treatment, laboratory monitoring tests, by different levels of private health providers and compare the same with costs of providing care as per the standard package of care for PLHIV. • To understand the motivations and interests of the private for-profit commercial sector players, to provide HIV related services • Ensure quality and completion of data collection using both CAPI (Cs Pro Based) and PAPI questionnaires undertaken from the selected sample private providers• Clean, completed, and approved questionnaire forms and delivered in hard copies or digital copies to HP+ technical monitor • Enter data on Excel spreadsheets for assigned providers and verified by the HP+ technical monitor• Submit transcribed data for data processing and analysis• Compile and submit an administrative field report to their supervisors• Safe custody of research tools and materials• Abide by applicable research ethics, policies and procedure Show less
