  Provided engineering and Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) for all F-16 and F-15 avionics systems, which include- Established new engineering and maintenance policies. - Evaluated and set up new Intermediate/Depot maintenance capabilities. - Negotiated and established new multi-million dollar contract- Managed US$5.1M contracts for cost effective OEM support.Achievements :- Pioneer Boeing trained engineering team and ensured successful induction of the F-15SG.- Established F-15SG maintenance capabilities- Led and completed 3 separate engineering modification and testing projects that achieved US$5.2M in savings, which also contributed to Air Logistics Department winning Best Economy Drive Committee (EDC) Centre 2011- Nominated for MINDEF SAVE Award 2011 for project that achieved US$1.7M in savings.
