  Project Chief: Co-authored a report on the “Flood of July 18-20, 1996, in Northeastern Illinois”. Coordinated with federal, state and local agencies to collect hydrologic, hydraulic and climactic data.Performed and analyzed flood simulations on Salt Creek. Ran Full Equations (FEQ) hydraulic model for dynamic wave routing through stream system. Results used to improve the capability of Du Page County to issue flood warnings. Investigated flood mitigation at Elmhurst Quarry Flood Control Reservoir. Co-authored a report on findings.
