Also, was instrumental in winning this order by supporting the BDN Team for proposal work# 200 KLPD Bioethanol standalone plant in Pakistan# Co-managed first greenfield & first biggest export 60 KLPD Bioethanol project in African continent (Malawi) including utility packages like Boiler and WTP with effective & timely coordination with SGS( 8 branches) for pre shipment inspection # First 80 KLPD grain distillery for Radico Khaitan Ltd, Rampur# Developed/Implemented SAP(ERP) system execution philosophy for SKID based projects - Other challenging projects executed were:* 75 KLPD distillery for Bannari Amman Sugars, Nanjangud * 80 KLPD distillery for Dalmia Chini Mills, Sitapur- Built EPC capabilities in Africa by gathering country specific information, identifying and developing local contractors, prepared dossiers and database for ready reference- Supported the BDN/proposal teams for cost estimation of site works for international projects- Trained other project managers/engineers for implementation of SAP for their projects - Received multiple appreciations/performance incentives for various projects executed Show less KEY RESULT AREAS:- Prepare, monitor & control project schedule, budget, invoicing & collection plans, project cash flows w.r.t ABP- Resource planning for the projects handled - Perform risk assessments & have mitigation plan- Project kick-off/review meetings with all stakeholders- Manage Cross Functional teams - Progress monitoring with the help of MS Project(CPM) & S Curves- Assess variations/claims & report the same to the Client- Manage HSE & Quality management at site- Ensure contract closure/handover w.r.t agreed terms- Document & present lessons learnt- Establish, implement and update project SOPs- Identify and develop new site contractors- Train and develop next line of project managers Show less
