  After managing a busy 24 hour call centre for 2 years I was promoted to Head of Delivery services within FairbridgeManaged projects varying in value from 20 Thousand to 1.3 Million Pounds with team numbers from 2 to 27 members. Typically ran anything from 2 to 6 concurrent projects at any one time. I was responsible for defining budgets and agreeing spend throughout. Fairbridge operated as an approved BT partner offering a full end to end IT and telephoney service to SME clients.• Led the project which designed and implemented of one of the first satellite based ISP Platforms in the country servicing commercial and public users in Nigeria. • Project managed the pre-sales, design, feasibility, pilot and implementation of a new EPOS application and thin client (Citrix) infrastructure to a large National charity All 1500 sites had the solution deployed on time.   Working within Corporate Development, my projects were part of a wider programme of business change underway across the force. Reporting directly to the Chief Officer team. • Led the Project to develop test and launch a standard method of occurrence management across the force. This approach was ratified at national user group level as best practice.• Within six months of project initiation the Management Information project had delivered a suite of intranet based dashboards for the timely and accurate presentation of Crime, Arrest and Officer Activity data. Follow up studies have quantified that these products are saving the force over 100K per year alone in recovered analysis time.• Successfully developed and presented a business case for the expansion of management information infrastructure to the North Yorkshire Police Authority.   In addition to the role of programme manager, I held responsibility for all customer facing projects within the Delivery Group. Involved delivering at both strategic and operational levels with responsibility for quality, customer satisfaction and financial stability of the Delivery Group as a whole. Accountable for the delivery of all external customer projects within the central RM delivery Group.• Oversaw and accountable for the increase in the group customer satisfaction result from 55% to 92% over an 18 month period• Refreshed the suite of deliverables and best practice around project quality. Key acheivements;• I Ran the Building Schools for the Future ICT programme in Hull. Responsible for all delivery aspects of a £37m change programme covering ICT implementations and staff training in 26 schools across the city; including approach, definition, end user change management, line management, P&L ownership, stakeholder reporting, resource management and planning, liaison for all third party suppliers and the full RM management team.• Negotiated class leading supply chain deals with AV, infrastructure, development and logistics partners leveraging local knowledge, contract expertise and volumes.• Rescued a high profile customer relationship and re-programmed work associated with North East Scotland College. College wide AD project, Email migration, cashless catering, and bring your own device projects included.• Led the technology refresh of 107 Schools in Dudley within a four month period. I was asked to recover this live programme and successfully managed to re-plan, resource and oversee the work to completion and restored client faith in RM to deliver; resulting in contract extension beyond 2017. Mostrar menos BSF Project Manager for a high profile suite of projects across the city of Leeds• Oversaw the successful implementation of ICT solutions in 13 secondary schools on time and to budget. This included requirements analysis, solution design, software development, construction liaison, implementation as well as change management.• Within 3 months, created the standard RM engagement model for the schools in the UK wide programme. • Planned the implementation tasks for four new PFI schools.
