      Capacity management of O2’s SMS ‘text’ service and infrastructure. The role incorporated in-depth technical knowledge of architecture as well as forecasting, trending, statistical analysis, complex project planning and reporting. My role evolved and expanded to include (for a 6 month period) the capacity management of the Intelligent Network SCP (approx. £30,000,000 of revenue a day) and USSD (O2 Voicemail platform).

Avoided a large infrastructure overspend through the output of an 18month project to map and create a analytical model which highlighted capacity breaches through ‘What if’ scenarios. The project had a high degree of key business stakeholder engagement as well as project reporting to gain business approval.
