  Responsibilities: To monitor the performance of the internal sales team providing support and guidance, with reference to management instruction, company policy, and other data related to internal sales, thus ensuring company targets are met, whilst ensuring effective communication with internal company teams and external representatives and ensuring a high level of customer service is maintained. Interfacing with Finance, raising invoices and taking payments from customers, ensuring that payment terms are met and chasing payment where necessary. Interfacing with Production, ensuring company targets for delivery are met and orders are sent in spec, on time and in full; and the Buying Departments to ensure effective delivery of customer requirements, investigating out of stock lines, ensuring the stock transfers are carried out and quality control systems are effective. Additional responsibilities include office management and internal sales duties such as processing orders, customer service, responsible for managing customers in Scotland and Ireland dealing with queries, POD requests and various other duties.Work to Key Performance Indicators and set targets for the team.
